Xbox Live Gamercards

Hey folks!

Just a quick note to let you all know that I've just implemented Xbox Live GamerCards on the forums. Go into your profile and fill in your GamerTag there. It'll then display in your profile and on your posts. We will also have a Leaderboard to go along with it.

I'll be looking into getting PSN and SteamID support in as soon as possible too.

I did! But my card won't work!



But seriously, I entered my Steam username, but the card doesn't work properly.

Anyone care to tell me what I am doing incorrectly?

That is a good question. And here's the answer for everyone:

Go to your steam community profile and make sure that you have filled in your Steam custom URL. Set it to the same as your ID, since that's what the Steamcard is going to be looking for.

Glad you like it. I'll be getting PSN Trophy Cards soon I hope. Thinking that once all three are implemented I'll have to find a cleaner way of displaying them.

Thanks. It's nice to see people getting some use out of the feature. I figure there's a good cross section of gamers and scifi buffs to make having the leaderboard worth it.
