Well, I've just downloaded the latest book in the Wheel of Time series. If anyone else has started on this let me know. We can eventually talk about it once we're all done reading it.

It's out!?!?! I must acquire it. By any means necessary o.O

Yup, it is out, in Hardcover and audio. I opted for the audio.

Hmmm, is this the last one or the second to last one? I sort of like this new guy's style. Especially how the character changes every chapter, gives the whole thing a more urgent feel as the end approaches.

This is the second to last. There will be another one after this called A Memory of Light. That one is due in early 2012 according to wikipedia. These 3 books were actually supposed to have been one book, but as Brandon was working on it it was getting so long that it would have been physicallly impossible to actually print a book that big.

If you like Sanderson's writing style, you might want to check out his Mistborn Trilogy. I really did enjoy that as well.

So I have finished the book and it was great! The wait for the next and final one is going to be hell.

A lot of very nagging questions got answered, and a whole new set of questions are left. Damn you Robert Jordan and Brandon Sanderson for your awesome writing.

I do have to say one thing: The Sean-chan are one messed up people.
