For those who don't follow Dinosaur Comics (it's basically clip art overlaid with the daily-updated adventures of T-Rex, as he stomps on things and discusses life and (sometimes) computational linguistics with his friends Dromiceiomimus and Utahraptor. (It's better than i made that sound.)): five years ago there was a strip

which prompted Malki ! of Wondermark and others to compile an actual anthology of such stories.

So now we've got an anthology of stories by the likes of Randall Munroe and Yahtzee Croshaw and tons more great writers and also ME, with illustrations by people like Kate Beaton and KC Green and so many more. It may seem like I'm just pulling awesome people out of a hat, but in reality, they're all in this book.

Anyway, while you can order the book today, we're asking you to hold off till tomorrow, Tuesday, the 26th of October. If we all buy it on that day, we can probably make it Amazon's best-selling book that day. That's what we're shooting for. It should only take a hundred of us.
(which entertainingly turned out to be the same day that Glenn Beck had a new book out. Beck had a rant on his show about being temporarily kept from the #1 spot and the left-wing "culture of death" that "celebrates the things that have destroyed us")

So, if the idea of predestined demise interests you, or you just want to throw some money at a bunch of awesome webcomics people without adding to the problem of excessive T-shirts, you can download a PDF, buy the paper edition, or listen to a podcast version.
