Sci-Fi's greatest villains: Elimination Round
Here it is, the Polling (At last). For this elimination round, just pick your favorite villain, ones with 0 (Or 1 if there's a tie) will be dropped out of the next round of voting.
HAL, the Zerg and the Scramblers were removed because there are a max of 10 poll options. D=
If I need to, I can dump them in a second round of elimination.
Your options are:
GLaDOS
The Borg
The Prime Aliens
The Psi Corps
The Combine
The Emergents
Darth Vader
Zeon
Agent Smith
Saren Arterius

(You should prob'ly drop The Emergents, my nominating them was stupid (i was mostly just hoping to get ppl to read a couple of books which i thought were fantastic).)
I was sorely tempted to go with Slice's suggestion of Agent Dark Sagan.. i mean c'mon! The guy's a nihilist + he can pull off a one-man fork bomb -- what's not to love‽
But in the end i had to vote for my (evil) eponymous bros.

why would you take out HAL?

I'm guessing that HAL would have been in there but you can only have 10 choices. I suspect he'll be in the next round.

Correct. For the time being, I have also changed my avatar to avoid suggesting that I might be biased towards HAL.

Heh, that's cool. I think Sinistar is way more awesome by the way.

He is awesome, but the reason I didn't submit him for a villain is that he doesn't really have all that much story or motivation. Mostly he just barrels at your ship screaming lines like, "Run! Run! Run! Run!" "I hunger, Coward!" and my personal favorite,
Terrifying, but doesn't hold a candle to the other villains on here.
