"Does 'not fucking enough' count for an answer?" Shadow asked as he switched gears and shot forward with a jerk, just a little faster than before. "I got a couple extras for my rifle and whatever Charlie has but that's about it."



Anderson became irritated, and yanked the SEAL out of the seat of the Humvee. He then climbed into the open driver's seat and gunned the engine, aiming for the Riharian's truck. "Time to die, little pup..."

When Shadow fired, Charlie shot forward and swore.
"Why did you just do that?! We were getting away!" he cried desperately, clutching his shotgun tightly to his torso. The gun, he knew, would be completely useless in any combat such as this, and he hardly had a military mind-set. He shot a look to the passing terrain, toying with the idea of jumping out of the truck if anywhere looked soft enough.

Leonidas slewed sideways under the force of the gear-shift, wincing as his armoured boots collided with the side of the truck's tray. He quickly heaved himself back into a sitting position, steadied himself, then aimed and fired a trio of shots at the Humvee. He wasn't expecting to hit anything, though, just to, perhaps, suppress them for a moment.
"Any ideas?" he shouted over the engine, ducking back down so that any return fire would miss.

Shadow switched gears again as he swerved into a path leading to a broken and destroyed factory cluster. He growled at Charlie. "What the fuck was I supposed to do?!" he roared, voice becoming ragged as he began to go a bit feral. "He fucking saw me, man! That's Anderson! That's the freaking cream of the crop when it comes to anthro killers!"

Shadow again sped up with a slighter jerk, soaring over the ground toward the safety of the maze like factory.



Anderson pulled a submachine gun from one of the soldiers and poked it out of the window, then opened fire. The rounds strafed the tailgate of the truck and one got through the back window. He saw then where the rouges were heading. "Fuck," he cursed. "They're heading for the car factory...sunovabitch he's gonna try to jam us into a labrynth we can't fit into."

"Oh shit," Leonidas mumbled, his blood running cold, and not because of the temperature.
He leaned his head slightly, and spotted the factory.
"Car factory!" he yelled, "Good idea!"
