i'm guessing this is the place to do so. both stories were excellent too, from my perspective at any rate. not that there haven't been the occasional furryistical story in there before. longyear's tails of the abcd, for example. but this issue seems to be actually dominatied by the furry perspective influence.

of course i've always thought of e.t.'s as nonphysically human humans, the same way furrys are. and convincing alienness, including especially convincingly alien cultures and ways of looking at things has been one of the mainstays of my interest all along.
