Once again, I can't shake the feeling that Jude makes a very annoying character to interact with. I'm not purposely being awkward, but I really like him as a character, so I've got a really defined image of what he is like in my head, and while he has the capability to be a very strong person, it's buried deep, deep down, under decades of being out on the fringes, being socially awkward and even socially outcast, putting his head down and minding his own business and bowing down to anyone above his own position or strength. I'm very happy to bring that out of him, but it won't come quick. He feels very awkward (I've said that three times in this post already...) at the moment, being surrounded by so many strong personalities. He's scared of Jonsi (and by the mere thought of Kyle Green), is both in awe of and slightly intimidated by Chad, in complete awe of Janet, constantly worried about what his boss will say/think/do, and while he hasn't interacted with them yet, I can promise that Cierra will make him feel immasculated and lowly (unless she is very nice to him) and Jace will creep him out a bit as well. The only character he could probably feel comfortable around right now is Xiao, who he hasn't really interacted with much and it might be a while until he does.
So yeah, that's just a low-down of what's going through his head. Mass intimidation (even from the characters being nice to him) and feelings of unworthiness. The longer he interacts with people who are being nice to him (such as Chad) the more he'll start to relax, but it won't be instant, for which I apologise. You're suggestion of getting rid of Kyle was a good one, Shade, and as a player I wish I could comfortably make Jude agree with it, but it would just feel out of character for him

I know i should get the classroom scene going, but i really want to see what happens with jude and chad before i do. What does everyone else think?

First, no need for the constant apologizing slice. It's definitely refreshing to see a character that's a bit more obviously vulnerable (but what would I know about that? this is my first RP lol)

Second, I'm not really concerned one way or another. Either direction is fine.

Sorry, i was waiting to see what happened between you guys.... it was an epic scene that i didn't want to interrupt with a normal college type scene.
