I'll be honest. Black holes kinda scare me. The idea that there's something (or should I say, rather many somethings) that can literally OM NOM a planet or a star out of existence, and that nothing can really be done about it, sort of blows my mind. It's like that machine in Hitchhikers Guide that send everyone except for Zaphod insane by showing them how insignificant they really are compared to the universe.
I prefer not to think about them really XD
They are still pretty cool though. I begrudgingly accept that fact.

Wow! That is interesting, universe is a fascinating place. I always like to hear about new discoveries and theories regarding our universe, even if it is something regarding black holes, which are kinda disturbing (not as disturbing as the dark flow but getting there).
White holes? Hmm... If I recall correctly, they were hypothetical opposites of a black hole, a place where mater and energy emerge from a singularity (rear end of a black hole from our or some other universe, so to speak), no white holes were observed however and, as yet, all of them exist only on paper, there were some scientific problems with the hypothesis as well, but I don't know anything more beyond that, sorry.
World-devouring monster! This is what Lovecraft called Cosmic Horror. You can't wrap your mind around this phenomenon without being crushed by the realization that your life is microscopically insignificant in the Universe.
All of this is way cool, but i've heard of a white hole, that spews out matter. Is there any foundation behind it, or is it just internet hooey?
Wouldn't a White Hole be pretty much like the Big Bang? Matter, space and time expanding from a singularity point?
Maybe the way things work is that Universes are swallowed by super black holes just to be digested and expelled somewhere else as brand new Universes! An infinite cycle of destruction and creation!
That actually makes sense... in a kind of scary way...
((On a side note that is completely unrelated, I've read Futurepig up to it's current point. I really enjoyed it, and was wondering when there would be more?))

I'm honored you like my work! I'm working on a strip right now. It will be the last of the current storyline with the orange armless creatures. Then I'll go straight to more adventures with the pig.
