A quick update: Daryn and I have been working on simplifying the forums and making them more user-friendly. So far we've been making the forum titles more obvious, so now they should say what they are. The stylised names were nice for a small forum but recently served the sole purpose of confusing newer members.

I've revamped an old thread introducing the site to new members, so now the help thread should be easier to navigate (no point having a help thread that is as confusing as the forum in general). We've also placed a notice linking to this topic which should appear for everyone until it is deleted. If anyone notices any problems with this (such as it not going away or never appearing in the first place) please tell us ASAP.
Also, while we were working on this Daryn noticed that there were two places for members to post introduction threads. That is now no longer the case, there is only one [/Highlander reference]. We hope this is cleaner/less confusing.

We're considering getting rid of the What's New tab and are waiting for some feedback on that. Would anyone particularly miss it?

Finally (for now) we're fiddling a bit with the sidebar. A silly little statistics box has been removed, but other than that we're just discussing changes. Any feedback would, as always, be great.
