Re: Canis Major Dwarf Galaxy
Huo nods hesitantly and deferred to the senior officer.
"As you say Sir. We'd best get control of the situation again."
Huo pauses then grimaces...
"Unless this is another cycle of another cycle we are unaware of?"

And then there are those whose cups are empty, because they've been knocked over by those asking for more, and there are also those who don't even have a cup because they were too far from the bar-top to order one.

"Ugh...If i had use of my arms i'd slap each one of you...minus Huo." He said with a moan of pain following each of his words. "Your landing on the cords messes with the data follow just enough to give me a migraine...it should pass in a moment though." He scowled at the group, "And I can't know for sure Huo if this another test or not, but I hope we can end this Mind f**k now." He said, a hologram appeared denoting their location on the ship to be close noise of the vessel. "There are four docking clamps holding the Undiscovery in place." The image zoomed out until it was a third person view of the exterior of the vessel and the surrounding space. Six eight sections where highlighted in red, "These areas are the connection points for the docking clamps, we need to get them off the hull before we can leave. Where we are going we can figure out afterwards..." The image zoomed in again showing the sections of hull, the clamps had melting through the layer of ice that had built up on the hull to act as armor against the erosion of micrometeorites. "They are magnetized to the hull, and because of system wide network failure your going to have to polarize the hull in these sections manually. Once they have been removed Huo's fighters can destroy the arms all together and we can leave this area, blowing a very large hole in their wonderful little Dyson sphere, which i hate so much."
"We have a second problem, by now i'm sure the Burrowers have sent driods on board to correct the tests so your going to have to fight your way through them. I have control of the turret systems and combat driods in the few sections that surround this hub so I should be safe for now but your going to have to get down the clamps on your own, my level of influence over the ship systems is extremely limited but so is theirs at best i can make sure no locked doors stand in your way." He sighed hanging his head, "If you can make a pass by the medical bay I have the feeling that there might be some wireless neural transmitters they might get me walking again..."

Jon shrugs, "Hey, I did my best to not land on the wires you know." he smirks, "Well anyway, we have work to do, and probably not much time to do it in too." he glances around, "SCION 5 and Angie seem equipped relatively well, but the rest of us are going to need some gear. Is there a supply room nearby?"
He turns back to Razel, "And of course we'll swing by the medical bay and get those transmitters for you. Oh, out of curiosity, how long have you been aware of what's gone on here?"

SCION 5 nodded, holding up a glowing hand. He also had not landed on any cables, but the energy emanations that came from him were liable to interfere with unshielded high-level electronics.
"The Shadow Dragon is free of interference," Muukhuz interjected, "But I've activated a high-level blackout. This link is all I can risk. The Burrowers know we're present, but they don't know our location. We can't start an attack run or launch fighters until the Undiscovery is free."

Grimly, Huo unholstered his gun, and flicked the safety catch off. About time, he felt. About time, that this damnable situation be rectified. And certainly about time he got his own back for this whole 'mind f*** situation.' Though, the prospect of future combat did make him nervous. He was a pilot, this skulking about with guns in shadowy corridors wasn't his forte. Still he knew doctrine, though he wasn't about to second guess the Captain.
"Triage should take priority sir, though I'd like to join my squadron. After assisting with the triage, may I be granted permission to take flight?"

"Agreed," Muukhuz said, nodding, "And just a little note; the Shadow Dragon is equipped with its own fighter squadron. You can coordinate with them. Just stay out of the Captain's way! He'll be piloting the Starlight Dragon."

OOC: It's a slang term for someone who's a real jerk.

Huo nodded, and positioned himself near the forefront of the group that'd need to engage the enemy. He itched with the desire to be back in the cockpit. To participate once more in what was by far, the only way to make war. Being aboard a fighter or military vessel often gave one the impression that the Navy didn't need the Infantry. Course that was probably the basis for rivalry in the first place!

"Right Right...anyway." Razel said interrupting the little display. He seemed tried as he pulled up the map of ship. "If you are intent in accessing the med bay we can hit three birds with one bullet then...no pun intended. Not sure what your current armaments are at the moment but there is a weapons microfactory on your way to the med bay. Don't worry about us running out of material I can run this thing for the next ten years and only use one percent of the ships mass." The Door opened, "Follow the open doors, i'll attempt to divert the follow of enemies in to non critical areas until you guys have your weapons, best you move fast though."
"Trinity...uhh Angie..." He said, "Stay in the vents and keep an eye on them, make sure they stay out of trouble..." A giant green arrow appeared in the room pointing at the door. "I can't point so this is the best I can do, so go..." Above, the insectod female disappeared into the maintenance vents. "Oh word of warning. We are not moving as such only some decks have gravity this being one of them because it can spin."

"Rather primitive, but quite effective," Muukhuz commented, "We'll have to refit your ship with artificial gravity generators once we're out of this mess. Just in case," she added, "I don't want to realign the stresses on the ship."
SCION 5 nodded, and walked smartly, following the arrow. Muukhuz swiftly closed down the link to his wrist unit, and opened a heavily encrypted, single-beam link directly with Razel.
"I'll stay in touch, so I can help coordinate everything," she said, "I'm preparing the fighter crews for launch."

The comment earned a grunt of agreement from SCION 5, who was proceeding down the corridor first, his pistol out, and his left hand half-raised, ready to unleash one of his powers at a moment's notice.
