I would also like to help you, as a token of gratitude for your offering of support and this meeting in general, while I cannot offer any military support I can offer my archives of Monarchy Technology to you, I hope that they could be of some support.

I understand the situation, we have lost many against the Demense, you have my condolences for your fighters, if I can converse with my superiors I may be able to grant you access to the Mica System, I feel it is only fair that I do so and that I owe to you.

Not to worry. I expected such chronometric delays to occurr. And I also understand the schism in your ranks though it is unusual, our ranks have no schisms. The offering of technological support would be welcome, though we have the rule that all organic life must self-determinate.

Meaning we might learn what path is usable, but we will not tread that identical path as it would change our course of evolution. If access could be granted to the system where you are located however, I would gladly open up discussions between our two people.

The Armies serve the same goal yet likewise all have what we would say 'different world views'. The Army that I and my companion serve : The 3rd Army (Named the : Red Fangs) show little interest in matters of pride, honour and respect, equality in our ranks is highly common. The other armies are likely more fanatical, xenophobic and dangerous, volatile partners in combat.

I understand, I must warn you I cannot directly sanction nor co-operate in allowing you to enter the Mica System, my programming forbids it, but I can converse with my superiors and advise them to allow you into Mica, after I show them the contexts of our conversation I belive that they will be happy to oblige.

We have been blessed, my local superior has given me authority to guide you into the Mica System, however, there are several major conditions that must adhere to in order for this what they have christened 'Secondary Alliance' to be fucntional.

1) My local superior has warned that foreign forces inside the Mica System will be met with a combination of sceptisism, xenophobia and hostility by many soldiers of the other armies, even the highest commanders of the 3rd Army will undoubtedly be skeptical about our meeting.

2) You have been given a set of rules of engagment :
---You may only attack enemy forces, should you be attacked.
---You must not reinforce, approach, advise or otherwise admit contact any military force outside the 3rd Army.
---You must remain hidden from enemy and Monarchy eyes when possible.

3) Only I, my companion, my Local Superiors and a handful of other forces know of this alliance, you must do your part to keep it this away and avoid alerting the attention of others to this alliance.

I apologise for the strict nature of these conditions, should I be capable I will relax them for you if I have the clearance, however you must at all times adhere to these rules if you wish to fight in the Mica System.

I hope that you can join me in Mica, should you agree to I will transfer a synsthesis of co-ordinates that will guide to safe and hidden zone in the Mica System.

These precautions are reasonable and logical. The Monarchy does not wish to imply weakness by making it public knowledge that another has agreed to fight with them. However this is also a glitch of your makers as asking for help requires more strength than it takes for one to deny it.

I quote the Ishvalan Code of Conduct, behavioral engagement protocols, article five three, line 5:

"A strong soldier fights in a group, admitting when he is in over his head, accepting the aid of his backup for the best soldier does not die nor sacrifice himself for the cause. The best kind of soldier does his damn hardest to survive the fight.

Adaptive logic is the name. It is why we have thrived and expanded rapidly and have no one single enemy capable of opposing all of us at once. I will accept the relayed beacon coordinates and a drone will be dispatched to map the space-time discontinuity path for my frigate to traverse.

Understood, I admire your codex, I must say it does carry great logic to it, two fighters will conduct more carnage against the grotesuqe warriors of the Demense.

I have prepared a signal package for you at the beacon, it has been downsized from it's usual capacity in order to compensate for the extreme stealth measures that it must undertake to remain hidden from friendly forces. It contains of a set of relay data on environmental conditions of Mica Space, a recon-compact of the closest military instillations and friendly Monarchy forces, a brief of basic enemy forces, numbers, tactics, etc and communications software should you require my assistance moving into the Mica system.

I am ready to move. Provided with the data you have sent I will be able to make adjustments to my body to compensate for the different planetary conditions though I suspect I wont have to adapt much, after all I'm built to withstand virtually any environmental condition conceivable.

One problem Reaper. If others join, it's not a meeting of two empires at all, and the whole thing will get crossed. Only you and I have spoken to him so, it makes no sense if anyone else joins in. But I am in favor of starting an rp XD.
