"Yeah yeah Exile, no need to salute me, i'm not your Superior officer or even from the same Military. Well, i'm not even military anymore commander. It has been a year sense I have been called by rank formally for that same amount of time, unless I see some of the old crew from my ship." She said with a shrug. "And you need to brought up to speed. First and foremost, don't go waving around the banner of a empire that does not exist anymore. The Galactic Systems Alliance has destroyed the Dark Core in the forty two years you have been gone." Her voice held absolutely no compassion what so ever, it was if she was restating a simple and insignificant historical fact not that the nation that some had placed their loyalty was gone. Though this may have had something to do with her military past as she did not shed light on what her command was.

Re: Instillation B-257 (Missions)
"It was leading up to a war when the hyperdrive went," Shirranna said, shaking her head angrily, "The SCIONs spoke to the Emperor himself, trying to avert it. After that... we were hardly loyal to him. Only reason we didn't defect to the GSA is because we knew he'd hidden a destruct button somewhere on the ship. We never dreamed he'd actually activate it without reason... It was in the hyperdrive," Shirranna explained, "Muukhuz was able to remove it after activation, but we'd lost control of the hyperdrive. We didn't dare eject it while still in hyperspace, though. We'll buff the standard off our ship and armour... when we get the chance, that is." Her tone for the last part was apologetic.
"And as to why I saluted you... well, I'm technically civilian now," she said, "But you're the captain of a GSA vessel, and I want to make a good impression."

Re: Instillation B-257 (Missions)
“Ever thought that he was toying with you? That there no such device, or it was something different?” Tiamat asked with her arms crossed. It seemed that it didn’t matter to her really. “I lived through that war by some miracle, and a damn good ship, not this one, though she is also a damn fine ship…” She pointed to the Novastorm, “But a good one a Battlecrusier no the less.” She shrugged. “Secondly, I’m not military anymore, even if I have military hard ware with me. I was asked by my farther for this little mission.” She frowned, “Skipper…” Andy said getting Tiamat’s attention, “Yes Andy.” “I noticed something one that little vid we saw that I didn’t quite catch but I do have a recording of the event.” He said as he tapped the skin like covering on his left arm causing a holographic display to appear above his palm, it moved it ahead frame by frame till he stopped on the image. It showed the “Do not trust” message, along with the adjoining picture. “Well then, that wasn’t really necessary, it not like I was going to trust anyone that I met on this station as it was anyway. Even the people that come from my home galaxy are not people I’m going to trust because they came from the same galaxy I was in. Do they think that I’m going to trust people I have hardly even met let alone all the bad impressions that they had given me already. If the military elite was not going to at least show damn curtsey for the difference for us and them, I don’t think the people of the station are going to be any more forgiving.” She said in a long winded rant. “Best we get going Andy…” She said to him as they walked away from the docks of the station. The cheetah spot pattern on her scales caught the light of the station rather oddly giving her an iridescent sheen. It seemed like she was moving from yellow and brown to black and red and back with each step she was taking.

Shirranna shrugged.
"Commander," Doc said suddenly; it was over her external suit speakers, so everone could hear it.
"The Captain is awake, but not in the best of shape," he continued, "Minor problems bringing him out of stasis completely. He's still groggy. Until I can get him back up to full capacity, you're still in command."
"Bring the rest of the crew out of stasis and replenish our life-support and sub-light fuel, then," Shirranna said, "And see what you can do about purchasing a replacement FTL drive. The GATES system is not something to activate lightly."

Suru'Kai sighed in light irritation at Tiamats reaction. Even though he had almost caused it once, he didn't appreciate someone talking so harshly of someones origins.
As he was getting over this, he Jump in surprise at Docs Voice.
"Whoa! What the-?" he blurted out as his hand subconsiously flew to his Cyclone Rifle. "Oh... It's you." He sighed, letting go of the gun.

"Heh... He's awake. Can't wait to see how Arratra's held up." Suru smiled, waiting for Arratra to fully wake up. It'd be nice to see a familiar face after 40 years...

Huo straightened himself, and unconciously toyed with his FSI tag. This was big news! The 'enemies' that these GSA folk had talked about evidently still existed. He wouldn't draw conclusions yet, but made a note to try to get closer to these others. Since this would help determine whether they were truthful or not. He sighed. He'd definately have to pull the Captain round to bringing a representative on board. Somehow. Though, he unobtrusively pulled a datapad and began writing in code.

Some people say there are two types of people in the world:
Those who think the glass is half full, and those who think the glass is half empty.
However... the world belongs to those people who can say:
"Excuse me? Excuse me?! Is this my glass? I don't think so! My was bigger! And it was filled to the top!"
And then there are those whose cups are empty, because they've been knocked over by those asking for more, and there are also those who don't even have a cup because they were too far from the bar-top to order one.

"Well, he's been in stasis," Shirranna said apologetically, "It's been forty two years since we last saw you, Suru'kai. But at least now we can show you aboard our ship. Thanks to the Emperor's betrayal, we're free agents. One thing, though. We can't let you into one of the engineering sections. There's a prototype GATES system in there."
She started to move towards the entrance to the main section of the station, taking hold of Suru'kai's shoulder to pull him along.
"Come on," she said, "I think it would be best to stay close to Tiamat and her crewmen."
As she pulled Suru'kai along, she explained the GATES system.
"GATES is an experimental wormhole-generation device," she said quietly, "We've got the only one. And frankly, Arratra and I agreed to jettison that thing into the sun some system or other system as soon as we could. The few tests we've run tell us that it warps space so much, that sections of it can actually tear. These tears will heal... eventually. And we're not certain what effect it could have on time, either, as time and space are a single continuum. We know that it won't harm a star, but in hyperspace, the results..." She paused for a second, before finishing, "We didn't want to risk it."

"Owowow! Not the shoulder!" Suru'Kai winced when Shirranna grabbed his burnt shoulder by accident. Out of instinct: he pried her fingers off the burn.
"Oww... Sorry. Burn on my shoulder. Try not to touch it: The Nerves were seared." he said: Injecting a painkiller into it before covering it with his cloak. After that little accident: he followed her into the ship and listened to her speech about GATES.
"Hmm... Wormholes... I only know of one other race that uses them for FTL reasons. And for once: It isn't the Rakai. Heh." he smirked: looking at the interior of the ship.
"We Rakai use an Impulse Generator for FTL. Acts like a low resistance Highway of energy that lets out ships go Faster than Light. It's based on the principal of of the LAP weapon system, except replace the weapon round with the ship."
