LU-Trimmar - Lightfirean Destroyer

The Trimmar is a ship that was built during the Marlikain War. Its class was the first mass produced destroyer class ship with the new technologies(plasma shields, guns, and baryonic armor).

The Trimmar itself has over-sized plasma focusing chambers to make up for an old drive.

Tried some new methods, and design is a bit different from the others

That looks VERY similiar to an Akira-Class from Star Trek.

Actually it's really differant:



Akira has a completely round saucer section, with an oval looking bridge area.

Trimmar has a angled polygon around a round section, which goes up shell-looking shape at the top.

Akira has two struts coming out the back of it.

Trimmar just has one large section coming out of the back.

Akira's upper strut is in the rear extending over nothing.

Trimmar's upper strut is over the middle of the ship.

Akira's nacles are small and at an angle.

Trimmar's plasma focusing chambers a large and not angled.

The only thing these ships have in common that's different than my other Federation-esque ships is they both have an upper strut.
